I have implemented advance work assignment for auto routing and assignment of tickets and now I wanted to track agent availability, away and offline timings. Is it possible to track the timings? If yes, then please suggest how to do this?

SN provides an extensive reporting for AWA as doing manual calculations could be tedious.
