Hello!
I am pulling data from third party using REST Outbound API and I want to update records for given user if user name changes instead of creating a new account.
As of now it is triggering a workflow to create a new account and it is not updating old account.
I wrote a BR for after update with conditions as First Name changes or last name changes.
