I am unable to use NLU model in PDI

Hi,

when I open the virtual agent designer in my PDI, I am getting the getting the error message "Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after some time. If the issue persists, log an issue with Support."

Could you please let me know why I am getting this error and help me in solve this.
