I do not want Due date on my Ritm .how can i turn it off. Can you please brief how the due date is coming in approval field as well

Hello @gautam_dhamija ,

Can please explain that "You don't want the due date on your RITM & Approval" means you don't want them to be appear on the record?

If Yes then you can simply go to configure layout and just deselect the due date and then it will not be visible, do the same for both RITM & Approval record.

I want to know from where it get populated,I have turned off the business rule for calculating the due date,but still it is populating when we create a new record ,The due date is showing same as the created date . I want the due date field but want to turn off from where it is populating

So you can review accordingly and see how it goes additionally you can clear the value as well of Due date by using on load client script, but firstly check the logic behind it.

Hi @gautam_dhamija,

 

You can remove the "Due Date" field from the form layout or you can hide it using UI Policy. The "Due Date" field is created on Task table so you can't deactivate it specifically for Requested Item(sc_req_item) table.
