i need to lookup only active users in a particular view in incident record.

Hi Team

 

I am an Incident Resolver
When I view an incident in the SOW view
Then I am able to look up the users and I see only the active users

 

how to achieve this.

I think we can not add a reference qualifier, with Active = true or use dictionary override on a particular view.

by default in any reference field you should see only active users

Is this not happening OOB?

please share which field it is?

If it's not working you can add simple filter condition for Active=true

Its a caller field in incident and a view is   Service operations workspace

only active user i need to see
