Hi Ankur,

we have different views, like default view and Service operations workspace view.

I need to look up only active users in a particular view like SOW View in incident record.

@Abhilasha G T

May I know why you wish to see inactive users default view.

It doesn't sound like a valid business requirement to assign incidents to inactive users.

Please inform the customer about this and you can use the simple ref qualifier I shared earlier.

I hope I have provided a thorough answer to your question. I'm confident that with your developer skills, you can take it further from here.

Hi Ankur,

please see the use case below,

there are two conditions,

1. am an Incident Resolver, I need to look up only active users in a particular view like SOW View in incident record.

2.Then I am able to update the filter, and I am able to see both the active and the inactive users (Filter).

How to achieve this with the best practices.

@Abhilasha G T

for which field are you talking?

also why the resolver/agent want to see inactive users?
