I need to trigger a survey from a button in Workspace.

I have created a survey. now I want to know how to trigger a survey from the notification. generally we do it using trigger conditions, it will be creating a new assessment instance. how can I achieve it?

could you possibly explain your requirement? Survey based on what - record closure or on demand, ...?

The title says button in a Workspace and the description says trigger from a notification...

 

Also, survey is automatically sent upon an incident closure so you can get inspiration from that..

I want to send survey every month to primary contact of an account or multiple accounts when I click on send survey

you can trigger survey from script and you can add that logic in any server side code such as email script and that email script can be used in notification
