I want to add an intent to a NLU Model while training the model iam getting as error as:
Error Message The system encountered an unexpected error and couldn't complete your request. Please contact your system administrator for help or try again
how can i fix this.
This is for virtual agent chatbot.

is this PDI or customer instance?
I believe you need to upgrade/ repair your virtual agent NLU Plugin, these type of issues go away with upgrade/repair.
