I want to configure the global search.

The problem is when I search a person name in global search, so there are many types of incident, change, and requested items are showing. But the requested item is, it has close complete, it's not showing. It's shown only open, pending, and in progress states. So I want to show also the close complete state in that that global search results

are you able to see any filter condition for state in the search sources?
