I want to know the who is viewing a case at the same time in Agent Workspace

In Native UI we can see if more than one person is viewing the case.

we can see who all are viewing at the same time 

How to enable the same in Agent Workspace  Washington version

Use Service Operations Workspace instead. It is the replacement for Agent Workspace and should already be available for you to use.
