Impact 4 is reflecting unknowingly from no where in Normal change

Hi Community, 

 

There is one more impact called 4 with no value is reflecting in change, after performing risk assessment in production recently. I want to remove that from impact. but not sure where to remove this. please help me to fix the Bug and PFA.

1.Right click on the impact field , select show choice list.

2. from list the view , edit the impact label name  for the 4 .

Hi @raginiv 

When you see "Impact = 4" with no label, it usually means there is a choice value = 4 that doesn’t have a label defined in the system.

To fix this:

  • Go to System Definition > Choice Lists (sys_choice).
  • Filter for entries where the Element is impact and the Table is change_request.
  • Look for a row with Value = 4 and either no label or a label that shouldn’t be there.

If you find it:

  • Delete it if 4 is not a valid option in your process,
  • Or update it with the correct label if it's supposed to be used.
