Hi Everyone,
We recently upgraded our license to include Now Assist. Our next big win with SN is to get a virtual agent stood up in both our service portal and in MS Teams. I am looking for some clarification, do I need to run through Conversational Interfaces Guided Setup first, create a VA then enable Now Assist? Or am I able to get started through Now Assist and build our first Virtual Agent that way? In my searching for documentation/guides/on-demand courses I find either one way or the other but neither starting at no virtual agent to a built virtual agent with Now Assist.
Any insight into how to go about this implementation or if anyone has a guide/documentation that talks about this specific scenario, it would be great. I can test and in dev and work through it but doing it the right way out the gate is always preferred. Thank you!

Hi Robert,
We are preparing to embark on this exact journey! Were you able to determine how to go about this?
