In a normal change request The planned start date should be set to 3 business days and if a user tries to select a past date before the planned start date auto populated then a error message should popup.

For example if I raise a change request today 1st may 24 then the planned start should be populated as 6th may 24 and it should be editable if a user tries to select a date below 6th may 24 then a error message should pop up
