In Virtual Agent, issue with the dynamic choice field for populating Users

In one of our VA topics, we use a Dynamic choice input that references User table; and the bot takes significant amount of time to fetch & display user records during a conversation. We're using Tokyo version & we have about 20k actives users and it almost takes 2 minutes to show the results. What is the best way to tackle this issue? Appreciate any insights.

Hello,

 

One option would be to not display all the users at a time. E.g display only first 20 users. Have you tried this option already?

Hi @Ajay30 - I am unsure about the option you're referring to but if it is dynamic choice limit, we've set it to 5 with a 'Show more' after. We do not display all users at once but the bot takes a lot of time to fetch records from User table and doesn't even display the field until. We anticipate it to work as a regular reference field where you can search any user within seconds.
