Hi all,
I want to create a inactivity monitor for incident table. when conditions is priority is 1 then it should wait for 30 mins then that incident should automatically propose as major incident candidate. i tried both ways but it's not working. please correct me if i did anything wrong.

Hi @SM123,
Why do with inactivity monitor rater , go to Incident> Administration> major incident trigger rules.
Define your MIM Candidate conditions here..
I hope this will help...

Hi @Sohail Khilji ,
I tried that to https://www.servicenow.com/community/virtual-agent-forum/major-incident-trigger-rule/m-p/2846603#M50...
it isn't possible for trigger rule to wait till 30 min then automatically propose a major incident candidate.

With inactivity monitor you cannot take action to update or create record I believe. It's used to check inactivity on qualified record and trigger notification/ events.
For this your can created a schedule job to do so instead of inactivity monitor.
I hope this helps...
