How to add attachments on interaction record using inbound actions .

so how are you planning to use inbound action?

Will user reply to instance email and it will create a fresh interaction or user will reply to the earlier email sent and then add attachments?

what's your exact business requirement and what did you try so far?

We are trying to send some emails ,but the attachments are not getting mapped to the interaction record that is generated from mail .
