Incident creation when abc@gmail.com sends mail to servicenow.com when subject contain alert/warning

Hi guys , i need Incident creation when abc@gmail.com sends mail to servicenow.com when subject contain alert/warning it should create p2 inc for alert and p3 for warning ,
i created inbound action for this and for testing this i tried FROM field of inbound action and put my name and tested the INC created , but when i put condition Recepients contains abc@gmail.com and send mail to devinstance@servicenow.com from my mail id it is not creating , where is my mistake can anyone help ...

Yes I am able see mail coming but inc not created

Can you open that sys_email and check the logs in the related list of why your inbound action did not execute or got skipped? Can you put some logs in your inbound action to see if this is getting triggered?

Create one account having email and user id "abc@gmail.com" and choose that record in from filed of inbound action.
