ATF Failing at Set Component Values (Custom UI) Step

Hello All,

I am facing an issue where in an ATF there is a step to Set Component Values on Catalog Task variables. The ATF is created by another user and when I run the Test to validate, the Test fails at Set Component Values (Custom UI) Step with the error: "Unable to Set Component" (Screenshot attached)

The user who has created the ATF, if that user runs the TEST, then the ATF result turns out to be 'Success' and the ATF does not fails at the 'Set Component Values (Custom UI) Step'

Any help will be much appreciated

@Charles Fredie

are you trying to set catalog task variable using ATF?

Then you should use Set Variable Value step and not Set Component Values (Custom UI).

The Custom UI step is different one

Hi @Charles Fredie

this is because the component value has been changed.

use manual Page inspector to identify the correct component value and update it in the test step.

 This is one of the limitations of using Custom UI steps.
