Incident Form Panel Not Visible in Workspace (Only for Me)

I'm experiencing an issue where the incident form panel does not appear in my ServiceNow Workspace. Other users can see and interact with it without any problems, and the form is properly configured. However, for me, the panel is missing entirely.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Clearing cache and cookies
Testing in an incognito/private browsing session
Is there any specific setting, UI preference, or permission that could be causing this issue only for my user? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hello @Tiago_g_dias -
When you say visible to others and not you is there any difference between like role or groups?
If you are admin and its not showing up better log a Hi Support Case.

this does not seem like an ACL/role issue but i would compare the user roles you have vs the ones other users might have. see if you have something missing.
also try to empty your cache by going to [instanceName].service-now.com/cache.do

I am an admin, but I still compared with other users, and everything is the same. Even after clearing the cache, the issue persists. Could there be a view that applies only to me?
