Insights keep loading in "Demand Insights for Incident" dashboard.

After doing required training for similarity and clustering solution and running scheduled job. I am able to get data in  "Demand Insights for Incident" dashboard. But whenever I am trying to open Insights for this dashboard it keeps loading as given in image.

Can anyone help me out to understand, what can be the reason behind this?
