Is it possible to integrate Microsoft Teams with ITSM Virtual Agent Lite?

If yes, what are the plugins & configurations needs to be done?

also, for configuring this, you'll need to install sn_va_teams, check this video, maybe is usefull: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pk0a_uEy11U&t=863s
