Interaction Record (ITSM) in UI Builder

Hi,

When you open an Interaction record in SOW, there is an email template called 'Email response to customer'.

I want to remove this template from the form (see screenshot)

How can I remove it from UI Builder, I can't find the page for Interaction in the Experiences.
