Interaction related records are attaching to the same number

Hi All,

 

I am facing one issue on 'interaction related records' table, actually i have ran the query interaction active true so one one interaction record is showing with  23249 related records attached to it.

and when i am opening the above interaction record it is showing as below,

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Check your code, because it looks like something is customized and not relating these records correctly. Do you know when this started so you can check on what code (or flow) changed at that moment?
