Interactive -cascading filter is not working

Hi all,

I'm trying the interactive filter to filter out INCs created based on Application ID in the CI table. I created INTERACTIVE Filter on Cmdb_list table and selected display values as application ID. Added the target table is INCIDENT and selected the filed Configuration item.application id. I created a report in the INC table added both filter and report to a dashboard. However, if I apply the filter it is not working in the report.

Can anyone please help where I'm doing the mistake

 @Community Alums can you please check. I went through one community question where you posted a reponse.I followed the same process but it is not working. Below is the community question which I used as a reference

To start with the most simple one: did you set your report to follow interactive filter?
