Is anyone else showing PDI offiline?

I see a message stating "We're having trouble opening your instance due to an internal error. We should have it fixed in a few minutes"

Hi @a02763422 

There is no support for PDI .You have to wait until the issue resolved.The another one option is you will release your PDI and request a new instance in lower version.

This issue is being faced by multiple users, including some of my colleagues. There is no predefined or official support available for PDIs.

A few weeks ago, my PDI also went into unscheduled maintenance, but it became available again after some time.

 

As a best practice, try to keep your PDI active and avoid letting it go into hibernation or offline mode, as that increases the chances of such issues.
