Is it feasible to auto schedule CAB meeting with microsoft teams ? If yes, what are the steps?

Yes – you can do this with Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow. Most teams I see handle it through the Microsoft Teams integration in IntegrationHub.

You would enable the Teams Spoke, set up the Graph OAuth connection, then create a Flow Designer flow that triggers when the change reaches CAB review or gets approved. The flow uses the Create Online Meeting action, pulls the date/time from the change record, and adds attendees from your CAB group members. After the flow runs, it writes the Teams meeting link back to the change so your email notifications can share that URL with everyone.

It’s basically the same approach ServiceNow already uses for Microsoft and Adobe SaaS profiles—just applied to CAB.
