Is it possible to add "Speak to IT" to underneath the Virtual Agent icon.

Hi there,

 I have requirement to add some text underneath of the Chat Icon of virtual agent. I checked different articles from ServiceNow, but I don't think it's possible. If it's possible then how can I configure that? Incase if it's not then is there any documentation from ServiceNow which support that?

Hi @Narayan K ,

Using Service Portal Configuration, you need to (clone and) edit the OOTB Portal Widget "Virtual Agent Service Portal Widget" (sn-va-sp-widget). You'll want to update the HTML (and CSS) to customize the look of it.
