Retroactive pause in SLA

In the SLA form, what will happen if I only enable retroactive pause, but not retroactive start. If retroactive pause will still work without retroactive start? or we can only use them together(retroactive start and pause)?

All catalogs are not visible

Hi All, All of sudden all catalog items are not visible sc_cat_item table, only 10 to 15 records visible and total count not showing , no security error and in that page no buttons working like personalize list or change view ect. ThanksRoopa
