Hi All,
Facing one issue with the copy change ui action on the change form.
After a new change is created by the copy change action the all required field values are getting copied expect planned start date and Planned end date.
At the same time its triggering an approvals also.
The issue is happening where if the approval is getting approved at that time then the two filed will get grayed out with empty values. This will cause the issue wile closing the change later.
Need assistance in when a change is copied the approval should not trigger until all the mandatory fields are filled and updated.
Any suggestion how to configure this.
