issue with walkup experience display time after daylight saving time adjustment

Our customer had below issue:
Having issues with the cmn_schedule: ca_sparkbar_schedule ()
It is being used for a location in Walk-Up experience. The current configuration is functioning for managing the hours the location is open. It's open 8am-5pm local time, but once it closes at 5pm, the closed message on the queue and checkin at https://walmartglobal.service-now.com/walkup states that it's open 7am-4pm. This started happening after daylight savings time.

 

 Can we please get help on this?
