ITIL user don't see task records from ITIL dashboard

Hi All

ITIL Dashboard is saying task is assigned and open however when I try to navigate to it. it says record not found. help me out of the same .

If you look it up in the list, is it there? 

What kind of filter is on the report? Do you have access to the record itself?
