ITSM - Configure security rules

Hi guys,

Am stuck with exercise on ITSM Implementation Simulator.

Not sure of the steps to take to ensure that I get this correct.

Once a change request has moved to a Closed state, the record (and all fields) should be read-only.

1. Create/modify the security rule(s) so to ensure that all fields are set to read-only for all users after a change is closed.

Hint: You will need to elevate your role to security_admin.

Tip: Consider modifying the conditions on the existing Access Control where operation = write and Name (table) = Change Request [change_request].

Hint: Remember that the itil role inherits the sn_change_write role.

I have tried this and it isn't working for me. This is the only write ACL for the change_request table.
