ITSM Pro "versus" Pro Plus licensing question

Hi,

Documentation states "The Now Assist for ITSM application requires an IT Service Management Pro Plus or Enterprise Plus license."   My question is if the "Pro" license level I've been told we have is the same level as "Pro Plus"?   If not, please point me to the appropriate note or documentation on the topic.

thanks,

Roger

The "Pro" license you have is not the same as "Pro Plus." "Pro Plus" includes additional features, such as Now Assist for ITSM, which are not available in the standard "Pro" license. For detailed information on the differences between these license levels, please refer to the ServiceNow Community discussion

Hi @rsolin

ServiceNow has positioned Now Assist very much as a paid add-on, so it's most likely your current 'pro' SKU doesn't include access to Now Assist and you'll need to pay to add the 'plus' bit.

Having said that, because licensing is such a complex and customer-specific beast, I’d highly recommend you go directly to your ServiceNow account manager to get an accurate answer on this.

HI @rsolin ,

Please talk to your ServiceNow Account Executive allocated for your Company, they can tell you the best as Licensing varies for Companies and what will be included also depends.
