Hi Community!
I am not able to view the Knowledge versions in the CSM workspace, and it is related to only one particular Knowledge base as of now. And the issue in the Production instance alone. I have checked the Plugins "com.snc.knowledge_advanced" and property "glide.knowman.versioning.enabled". I found everything is looks good. How to fix this issue. Thank you.

Hi,
If the issue is happening only for a specific Knowledge Base and only in CSM Workspace (Production), then it’s most likely a configuration or access-related issue rather than plugins/properties.
Things to check:
Knowledge Base Configuration
Open the affected Knowledge Base and ensure “Enable versioning” is checked at the KB level (not just the system property).Verify Versions Exist
Check the kb_knowledge_version table to confirm that versions are actually being created for articles in that KB.User Criteria / Permissions
Review User Criteria on the Knowledge Base and articles. Sometimes versions are not visible due to access restrictions. Also verify roles like knowledge / knowledge_admin.ACLs
Check if there are any custom ACLs on kb_knowledge or kb_knowledge_version restricting access in Production.Workspace Configuration
Since this is specific to CSM Workspace, compare the UI Builder configuration with a working instance (Dev/Test). Sometimes the version component is not properly configured or visible for certain KBs.Instance Comparison
As it works in lower environments, compare:KB settings
User Criteria
ACLs
Workspace page configuration

Hi @Imran4 ,
Can you share a screen shot of your knowledge where you are expecting version. As you mention its for specific KB, does it mean ,rest KB - you are able to view version.
Share the screen shot.
