We are working on implementing Known Errors. The known error will be created from a problem. I have some questions related on Known Errors and would be nice to have some of your advice or feedback.
1. Should a KE created when it is in Root Cause Analysis and Fix In progress state only?
2. Is the KE mandatory to be created when problem is close as Risk Acceptance?
3. Should a problem be closed only if Known Error is closed because a permanent solutions has been implemented?
Appreciate if anyone can share how the known error process is setup for me to use as a guidance. Thank You.
