Limit access to .list table

Hello, I would like to make u_custom_table.list available only for admins.

I have created a READ role for ITIL users, because they use a search field which refer to the custom table. 

Is there any way to allow ITIL user to refer the custom table, without allowing them to open this table, by searching .list?
