Hi,
But you can integrate ServiceNow bot to third party interface.

This is not just a link but an embedded widget, you need to customize the widget as per your need.

this the below link where we are using for the ServiceDesk chat , now we moved to the agent work space with this chat widget ,
Below is our old chat link ,same way i am looking for this for that new option
