In ServiceNow Virtual Agent chat, there's a 3-strike rule where after each minute's strike, there's a reminder. After the third strike, the chat closes automatically and prompts for feedback survey. I need to remove this feedback survey after the 3-strike rule. Where can I find this feedback survey setting?
