make number filed clickable on report

Hi All,

I have created a report on enhancement table and i wanted to make number clickable, so if someone clicks on the number it should rout to the form.

Open the enhancement record, configure > UI policies> check which UI policy is making this field read-only, make your changes.

I have checked and didn't find any UI policy which is making filed read-only.

I think if the number field is reference type then it will be clickable only, please refer the below image once and let me know your views on this.

Yes it is a reference filed but showing as below to the end users
