Hii, I want a demo case of Metric Definition with Script Calculation Type. Can you please create an easy case with a small script. I just wanna see how it works.
My instance has 8 Metric Definitions (OOB) with script calculation. The 'Create to Resolve Duration' even has the explanation in the description. Use case is simple: knowing the time from create to resolve of an incident.
