Missing Data/Data not populating in Vendor management workspace

Hello All

Its been a while since I have implemented VWM, I ran the data collector jobs but there is still no data under 

vendor score

Performance score by vendor in the last 90 days
Vendor satisfaction by vendor
See the attached, Im sure I have to set something else up in backend I wanted to provide a quick demo to the client but not looking good
