Modificar la información que se muestra en cada REQ del employee center en la sección My Request

Buen día Estimada Comunidad,

Me podrían indicar cómo puedo modificar la información que se muestra en cada REQ que se visualizan en la sección My Requests en el Employee Center, me gustaría agregar la información que venga en el campo Description.

In ITSM, what you can do after making a request is limited to changing the status, adding attachments, and registering additional comments. You cannot change the content after making a request. It is possible to customize the widget to make changes, but you must check whether it violates the license.
