We have a usecase wherein user will schedule Teams meeting from Problem record. Post meeting the Transcript needs to be imported in ServiceNow as Attachment/worknote.
Is there a way we can leverage OOB 'Import Messages from Microsoft Teams' or any other way to achieve this?
