Looking to create a mail script to add the Names and responsibilities to an Incident Communication Plan Email template. Looks like they are kept in the contact table, but I am having a hard time trying to retrieve.
The mail script can be developed however if you can elaborate your requirement then it would be helpful to understand it better and might be able to provide a better or an alternative solution.
