Need do I delete a cost plan

Dear Team,

We have to delete some cost plan named with "To be deleted", but when we try to delete we are not able to delete the cost plan, we are getting errors as 'Error Message

Cost plan can not be deleted. There are Resource Plan linked with this cost plan." but could see Resource plan is "empty". As we have got the data from production to non prod for testing or validation can any one please suggest the process to take it ahead.

First you need to find in which demand /project that cost plan is associated, 

From that Cost plan related list -> delete related link you will be able to remove cost plan.

Thanks for support as got fix as by background script as we found error was release was not removed from backed end even thou it was not visible on list view.
