how to raise a ticket to the Service Now Team if an UI issue is identified? Who do I need to contact to register or fix the issue?

 

When I tried to build an AI Agent by adding a 'between' condition to find record between 'Query_start_date' and 'Query_end_date' in the Record Operation tool, I noticed an UI issue. Please see the attached screen shots.

Login to HI Case Portal(ensure you have access): https://support.servicenow.com/now/ns/home 
Click Get Support (Extreme top right corner).
Click "Create a case" (Extreme bottom right corner).
