Need to send a bounce back email when ever we receive a new mail to our instance to create incident.

Hi All,
I need to configure When ever our ServiceNow instance receives a new mail to create a incident we need to send bounce back user to that user.
This requirement only for New e mail that are came to our instance.
Please suggest.
