Hello team,
we integrate Jira with many CRM, such as ServiceNow, Monday, Asana, Azure Devops and more....
We have a process where SNOW users can create a dedicated user on their integration, and this user has the ITIL role added to it.
However, it seems that this user is unable to fetch data from Task table, or Case, it can only create incidents.
Shouldn't ITIL role also allow this user to create tasks and cases, or other item types?
Thanks!

Sorry for not adding this before, but "Task" and "Case" item types are installed on our SNOW instance by installing the "Customer Service Management" bundle/plugin.
However, it seems that ITIL role isn't enough to allow our dedicated user to create Case or Task item types.
Which permissions/roles are required for this? Thanks!
