NLU model unable to train

I am trying to train an NLU model in our customer ServiceNow on production but when I click train it gets failed and error info message is displayed in red "The system encountered an unexpected error and couldn't complete your request. Please contact your system administrator for help or try again".

 

Does anyone knows how to fix it?
