Update case with case number using inbound action

Working on csm case.

Need to create inbound action to update existing csm case based on below point:

>When sender send new/reply/forward email with case number (eg. CS0000180), then

1. The email should add to the same case as work notes.

2. attachments should add to the same case. And it should not be duplicated.
